*Your Cappadocia guide will meet you
at Kayseri airport or at your hotel
in Urgup-Goreme. The guide will hold
up a sign with your name on it.We Leaving
the colorful town of Urgup behind ,
you will pass throught the verdant countryside
before arriving at Goreme Open Air Museum.
*Day 1:The visit beautiful the open
air museum of Goreme where the remains
of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements
date back hundreds of years,Then visit
Devrent Valley, to see the unigue fairy-chimneys.Drive
to Pasabag (Monk's Valley) to see the
most interesting mushroom shaped formations.Drive
to the city of Avanos for lunch.In the
afternoon visit another beautiful the
open air museum Zelve,where three canyons
meet in the valley.Lastly,before returning
to your hotel, visit the natural castles
at Uchisar. Dinner & overnight (L,D).
*Day 2: Depart from your hotel to visit
Red valley,and explore the famous rock-
cut churches and hike 5 km through the
Gulludere valley.Then visit Cavusin
village.This village is famous for the
houses and churches of the christian
clegymen.Drive to the Pigeon valley
for lunch.In the afternoon visit Kaymakli
underground city.Where early christians
lived in fear and faith.On the way back
visit the natural Castle at Ortahisar
and Greek village of Mustafapasa.Transfer
to airport . (B,L).
NOTE: Participants
should be aware that the site is built
on a small hill,with the entrance located
at the top of the hill and the exit
at the bottom.Visitors will walk down
slope of the hill slowly while visiting
Archeological site.Walking surfaces
within the size vary, ranging from flat,gravel
even surfaces to uneven stone and cobblestone
surfaces.Some steps are required at
the individual sites within Cappadocia
such as Uchisar,but this is at yhe visitors
discretion . Participants visiting the
site will be on their feet for 6 to
7 hours.It is recommended for quest
to watch their step at all times in
order to avoid injuries.
